The School of Business Administration was founded at the University of Macedonia as part of the project for the restructuring of the Higher Education Institutions “ATHINA” (presidential decree 88 article 3, Government Gazette 129 / 5-6-2013 τ. Α ‘).
It consists of two Departments:
The Department of Business Administration, whose operation began in 1985
The Accounting and Finance Department, which was established in 1990
The first Dean of the School of Business Administration, until 30-11-2017, was Mr. Dimitrios Soubeniotis, Professor of Business Administration.
From 1 to 12-2017 to 31-8-2020, Dean of the School of Business Administration is Mr. Christos Negakis, Professor of Accounting and Finance and Director of Postgraduate Programs of the Department.
